I wasn’t too happy with it. The site felt kind of confusing to use, and the whole ordering process had a frustrating vibe to it instead of feeling simple or smooth. I went in expecting a better experience, but it just left me disappointed. I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to use them again.

I tried reaching out for help, but they barely got back to me, and when they did, it didn’t really help much.

Customer service did eventually answer my questions, but it took longer than I expected. I had to follow up once before I got a clear response, which was frustrating. When they finally replied, they were polite, but the apology felt canned, like the usual “sorry for the inconvenience” copy-paste instead of an actual acknowledgment. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not especially good either. Average overall

I actually like how this lamp looks, and it works well overall. It’s not super heavy, but I wouldn’t exactly call it easy to carry around all the time either. I expected it to feel a little more portable, so that part was weird. The battery is fine for shorter use, and it’s nice on a patio or table, just not as convenient as I thought it would be.

The box showed up crushed and the item was just rattling around loose inside. I expected way better packing than this. And of course, trying to get help felt like dealing with some automated system that just sends you in circles, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I picked up a lamp from Zafferano America, it meets my usual standard for something I’d keep out on the table every day. It feels solid, looks clean, and the battery life has been reliable so far. My only hesitation is the price, it’s a bit higher than I normally like to pay for a lamp. Still, the quality is there, and I’m happy with the purchase overall.

It works well overall. My brother tried it too and we both noticed it charges fine, just takes a bit longer than we expected.

I ordered from zafferanoamerica.com and, to be fair, the item did arrive in good condition. But the shipping was slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated along the way, which was a little frustrating. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I’d just warn others not to expect super fast delivery or reliable tracking updates.

I ordered this because the color on the site looked like a soft, warm shade, maybe a little lighter than beige. What showed up was about 2 or 3 shades darker and kind of dull in person.
I checked it on a couple different screens just to make sure I wasn’t imagining it, but it still doesn’t really match the photos online. Seems like the lighting or editing in the pictures made it look way warmer than it actually is.

For the price, I expected the color to be at least close, not off by this much. I’m disappointed overall and probably won’t order again...

I bought one of the Zafferano lamps for my dining room, and I have to admit, the design totally got me. It’s simple, clean, and just different enough from the usual lamps you see everywhere. It looks great on the table without taking up much space, and the finish feels really nice in person. Fair warning though: once you put one in your house, you may start thinking about where else you could use another. I’m really happy with how it fits in my home.
